One Account Per Person
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one hi333 account. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or through error — will be closed and any associated balances forfeited. If you believe you have accidentally created a duplicate, contact support immediately.
18+ Age Requirement
hi333 is strictly for adults aged 18 years and above. Providing false information to circumvent age verification is a serious breach of these Terms. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be closed immediately and all funds returned or withheld in accordance with applicable guidelines.
Accurate Information Required
You must provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date personal information at registration and throughout your account's lifetime. hi333 reserves the right to suspend any account where information is found to be inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete pending satisfactory verification.
BDT Transactions Only
All deposits, wagers, bonuses, and withdrawals on hi333 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). hi333 does not charge currency conversion fees. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank are credited at face value in BDT.
Bonus Terms Are Binding
All bonuses and free bets are subject to specific wagering requirements, game contribution percentages, and expiry periods stated at the time of offer. Claiming a bonus constitutes agreement to those terms. Attempting to exploit bonuses through irregular betting patterns may result in bonus cancellation.
Account Security Is Your Responsibility
Your username and password are personal. hi333 cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep login credentials secure. Enable OTP verification as an additional layer of protection. Report suspected unauthorised access immediately.
1. Acceptance of Terms
1.1 Agreement Formation
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and hi333 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"). The agreement is formed at the moment you complete the hi333 registration process and click the confirmation checkbox affirming that you have read and accept these Terms.
1.2 Updates and Amendments
hi333 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The effective date at the top of this document reflects the date on which the most recent revision took effect. Continued use of the hi333 platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage all players to review this page periodically. Where amendments materially affect player rights or obligations, hi333 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an on-screen notification at next login.
1.3 Governing Documents
These Terms should be read alongside the following supplementary policies, each of which forms part of the overall agreement between you and hi333:
- Privacy Policy — governing the collection, storage, and use of your personal data.
- Responsible Gaming Policy — governing the tools and procedures available to players who wish to limit or cease their gambling activity.
- Any individual bonus or promotional terms communicated at the time a specific offer is presented to you.
In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any supplementary document, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise in the supplementary document.
1.4 Language
These Terms are drafted in English. English is the authoritative language for the interpretation and enforcement of every provision contained herein. Any translation provided for convenience does not constitute an official version and shall not be relied upon in the event of a dispute.
2. Eligibility & Age Restriction
2.1 Eligibility Requirements
To register and maintain an account with hi333, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You are accessing the platform on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
- You are not acting as an agent or nominee for any other individual in respect of any account activity, wager, or financial transaction.
- You have not previously had an account closed or suspended by hi333 for breach of these Terms.
- You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by hi333 or any third-party responsible gambling organisation that restricts your access to online gaming platforms.
- Participation in online gambling is not prohibited under any law or regulation applicable to you in your location at the time of access.
2.2 Age Verification Process
hi333 employs a multi-stage age and identity verification process. At registration, players are required to confirm via checkbox that they are 18 years of age or older. Prior to processing a player's first withdrawal, hi333 may request one or more of the following identity documents:
- National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission.
- Valid Bangladeshi passport.
- Birth certificate (for players who do not yet hold an NID).
hi333 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any point in the account lifecycle if there are reasonable grounds to believe that the player's stated age or identity may be inaccurate. Accounts where satisfactory documentation is not provided within the specified timeframe will be suspended pending resolution.
2.3 Consequences of Underage Access
If hi333 discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that a registered account is held by a person under 18 years of age, the following actions will be taken without prior notice:
- The account will be immediately suspended and permanently closed.
- All pending wagers will be voided.
- Any deposit balance remaining on the account will be returned to the payment source used for the original deposit, subject to verification that the funds originated from an adult.
- Any winnings generated during the period of underage use will be forfeited in their entirety.
3. Account Registration & Security
3.1 Registration Requirements
Each individual may register a maximum of one (1) account with hi333. Registering or attempting to register more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
At the time of registration, you are required to provide, at minimum, the following accurate and truthful information:
- Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document.
- Date of birth.
- Valid email address to which you have sole and exclusive access.
- Active mobile phone number registered in your name (used for OTP verification).
- Preferred payment method details (bKash number, Nagad number, bank account, or card).
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hi333 account credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. hi333 strongly recommends that players:
- Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other online service.
- Enable OTP two-factor authentication, which is available from within your account security settings.
- Never share login credentials with any other person, including friends or family.
- Log out of the platform when using shared or public devices.
- Contact [email protected] immediately upon suspecting any unauthorised access to your account.
hi333 cannot be held responsible for losses, disputed transactions, or unauthorised activity resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. All activity conducted through your account credentials is presumed to have been authorised by you unless you have reported a security breach to hi333 prior to the relevant activity occurring.
3.3 Account Verification (KYC)
hi333 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with standard online gaming compliance practices. You may be asked to complete identity verification at any of the following trigger points:
- Prior to processing your first withdrawal request.
- When cumulative deposits or withdrawals exceed defined thresholds.
- When account activity patterns suggest a need for enhanced due diligence.
- At any time hi333 deems it necessary to confirm your identity, age, or payment source.
Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within fourteen (14) calendar days of the request will result in account suspension. Withdrawal requests will be held pending until verification is satisfactorily completed.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
hi333 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods, all of which operate in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT):
4.2 Deposit Rules
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. hi333 does not impose a standard maximum deposit limit for verified accounts, though individual payment method providers may apply their own transaction caps. Deposits are credited to your hi333 wallet balance in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. hi333 does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own service charges independent of hi333.
4.3 Withdrawal Rules
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit. This same-method policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect the integrity of the payment ecosystem. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
- KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
- Withdrawals of funds derived from bonus play are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the relevant bonus terms before they become eligible for withdrawal.
- hi333 aims to process withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days of approval. Actual receipt of funds is subject to the processing times of the relevant payment provider.
- hi333 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests that exceed defined thresholds or are flagged by the platform's risk management systems.
4.4 Prohibited Payment Practices
The following payment practices are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds:
- Using payment methods registered in the name of a third party.
- Depositing funds on behalf of another person or accepting deposits from third parties to your hi333 account.
- Using hi333 accounts or the wallet feature as a mechanism to transfer funds between individuals.
- Attempting to reverse, chargeback, or dispute any deposit transaction after the corresponding funds have been used for wagering.
- Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment credentials.
5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers
5.1 General Bonus Terms
hi333 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to new and returning players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback on net losses, and seasonal promotions timed around events such as BPL season, Ramadan, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Bangladesh Victory Day. The availability, value, and terms of each promotion are subject to change and are published on the relevant promotional page at the time of offer.
5.2 Welcome Bonus
New hi333 players who register a verified account and make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The following standard conditions apply to the welcome bonus:
- The minimum qualifying deposit to activate the welcome bonus is ৳500.
- The bonus is credited to a separate bonus wallet and is not immediately withdrawable.
- A wagering requirement — expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount — must be met before any portion of the bonus or bonus-derived winnings can be transferred to the main withdrawable balance.
- The specific wagering multiplier applicable to any given welcome offer is stated clearly on the promotional page at the time the offer is presented.
- The welcome bonus expires if wagering requirements are not completed within thirty (30) calendar days of the bonus being credited.
5.3 Game Contribution to Wagering Requirements
Not all games contribute equally to the satisfaction of wagering requirements. The following contribution rates apply as a general guide, though individual promotion terms may specify different rates:

5.4 Bonus Abuse & Irregular Betting
hi333 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse patterns, including but not limited to: low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk (e.g., simultaneously betting on opposing outcomes), wagering purely on excluded games, and coordinated multi-account bonus claiming. Where bonus abuse is identified, hi333 reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and suspend the account pending investigation.
5.5 No Entitlement to Bonuses
Bonuses are discretionary promotional incentives. No player has an automatic right to receive any bonus or promotion. hi333 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or restrict any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Players who have previously breached these Terms, including in relation to bonus abuse, may be permanently excluded from participating in future promotions.
6. Prohibited Conduct & Fair Use
6.1 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are expressly prohibited on the hi333 platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
- Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, using stolen identities, or misrepresenting your age, location, or identity in any way.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
- Money laundering: Using the hi333 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds for the purposes of obscuring the origin of those funds.
- Exploitation of software errors: Deliberately exploiting any error, malfunction, or technical vulnerability in the hi333 platform or any connected game. Any winnings derived from exploiting an error are not legitimate and will be voided.
- Automated betting systems: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the platform in place of genuine human play.
- Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one hi333 account, regardless of the purpose.
- Chargebacks: Filing fraudulent chargeback requests with your payment provider after wagering deposited funds on hi333.
- Hostile or abusive conduct: Using threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or offensive language toward hi333 staff or other platform users via any communication channel.
6.2 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct
Where hi333 identifies or has reasonable grounds to suspect any of the above prohibited activities, it may take one or more of the following actions at its sole discretion:
- Immediate suspension of the relevant account(s) without prior notice.
- Permanent closure of the account and cancellation of any active bonus balances.
- Withholding of any pending withdrawal requests pending investigation.
- Forfeiture of all or part of the account balance where funds are connected to prohibited activity.
- Referral of relevant information to law enforcement authorities where criminal activity is suspected.
7. Account Suspension & Closure
7.1 Voluntary Closure
You may request the closure of your hi333 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Before the account is closed, any outstanding bonus balances will be cancelled and any withdrawable real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to standard KYC checks.
Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons — rather than simply because they no longer wish to use the platform — are encouraged to use the self-exclusion tools described in our Responsible Gaming policy rather than simple account closure. Self-exclusion provides stronger protections and prevents re-registration during the exclusion period.
7.2 Involuntary Suspension or Closure by hi333
hi333 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its absolute discretion. Grounds for involuntary closure include, but are not limited to:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
- Identification of the account holder as a minor (person under 18 years of age).
- Account inactivity in excess of twelve (12) consecutive months (dormant account policy — see 7.3 below).
- Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations that require the account to be closed.
7.3 Dormant Accounts
An account is classified as dormant when no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. hi333 will notify the registered email address associated with a dormant account at least thirty (30) days before applying a dormancy fee. A monthly dormancy maintenance fee of ৳100 (or the remaining balance, whichever is less) will be deducted from the account balance each calendar month until the balance reaches zero or until the account is reactivated by the player.
To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in and contact [email protected]. Accounts with a zero balance that remain dormant for a further six (6) months following the onset of dormancy may be permanently closed without further notice.
7.4 Effect of Closure
Upon account closure — whether voluntary or involuntary — the following apply:
- All active bonus balances are cancelled and are not eligible for withdrawal.
- Any withdrawable real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method, unless closure arose from a breach of these Terms that justifies forfeiture.
- The player's personal data will be retained by hi333 for such period as required by applicable record-keeping and compliance obligations, and handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
- The player may not re-register on the hi333 platform if closure resulted from a breach of these Terms, underage access, fraud, or active self-exclusion.
8. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
8.1 Platform Availability
hi333 endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party service disruptions, or circumstances beyond hi333's reasonable control (including but not limited to telecommunications outages, natural disasters, or force majeure events). hi333 shall not be liable for any losses — including lost winnings or missed betting opportunities — arising from periods of planned or unplanned platform unavailability.
8.2 Game Outcomes
All game outcomes on the hi333 platform are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) provided by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. hi333 does not manipulate game outcomes. Sports betting results are determined by the outcome of the relevant real-world sporting event. hi333 is not liable for results that differ from a player's prediction or expectation, and gambling involves inherent financial risk that the player accepts upon placing each wager.
8.3 Limitation on hi333's Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hi333's aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. hi333 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.
8.4 Player's Own Risk
You acknowledge that gambling is a form of entertainment that carries an inherent risk of financial loss.
